POLICIES

All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. Any add-ons that were selected during your booking were not charged to your credit card and must be paid for directly at the Inn during your stay. All major credit cards are accepted. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. Taxes include Virginia Sales Tax (6.0%).

Reservations can be cancelled or changed 10 days prior to check in. A refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be credited to the card used for the reservation. Reservations cancelled with less than 10 days’ notice will be charged for the first night of stay plus a $50 cancellation fee.

Check in time is at 3pm and check out is no later than 11am. The front desk is open daily from 7am – 7pm. If you are planning to arrive after 7pm, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. We may be able to accommodate late check-outs if possible. Please inquire directly during your stay.

Private parking spaces are available for guests directly behind the Inn.  The entrance to the lot is located in the alley off of Main Street right before the mural of the James River Bridge. Additional parking can be found on the surrounding streets. The Boulevard Inn assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on our premises.

If you or your guest has any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance of your stay and we will always do our best to accommodate you during your stay.

As the majority of our guests have chosen to stay with us for rest and relaxation we request that only children over the age of 12 accompany their parents.

No pets allowed. Any pets found inside the inn will result in $250.00 additional cleaning charge. Please contact us directly for more details.

The Boulevard Inn is a non-smoking property for the health and comfort of our guests. We do permit smoking in designated areas outdoors. Any smoking inside of the inn will result in $250.00 additional charge.

The Boulevard Inn does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables when leaving the establishment.

Should The Boulevard Inn suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
